Awesome place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a wonderful lounge area. The staff once helped me with plug adaptors, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it! I'm returning next year.

Amazing and beautiful location very close to Snekkersten train station which is a mere 40min ride into Copenhagen, good facilities. Recently renovated rooms with sleak interiors, food fab!

Facilities were great. Great location. Super value for what we paid through your service.
Staff had limited English language ability making communication difficult at times. Tennis courts were in bad condition, but we did not stay there anticipating playing tennis.

Luxurious, Luxurious, Luxurious
The manor house style buildings created such a picturesque setting amidst gorgeous grounds! I loved taking a leisurely stroll to the shore-just a quick 10-minute walk for that refreshing sea breeze. The breakfasts were not only delicious but beautifully presented was nice!

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Nice location with wounderfoul park and sorroundings. Close to the beach and the city of Helsingoer. The spa looked really nice although I did not get the opportunity to use it.
The long qeue at checkout time. I would have also wanted to have more to choose frome on the menue in the evening at the restaurant.

Nice and cosy atmosphere, spacious rooms with free WLAN.
Restaurant only offers one 5-course menu, no other choices. The pricy bar menu is an alternative. Free parking space is very limited, the vast majority of the parking is at a fee.

Pleasant woodland surroundings.
Poor ventilation. Rooms and corridors were very hot. Unable to open windows at night due to mosquitos. Also if you are not from Denmark beware of using a non-Danish credit card. The hotel charges extra for use of a foreign credit card. This is totally unacceptable practice throughout Denmark and not particularly tourist-friendly! Pay cash.

Had a great time relaxing in the sauna and enjoying a soothing massage . The views from my Standard Double Room were really beautiful, and I loved the healthy breakfast options, especially the homemade gluten-free bread.
